The editors of the journal Acta onomastica invite researchers to contribute to a thematic issue scheduled to come out at the beginning of 2025 (Vol. 66) dedicated to dialectal name forms in official geographical names (toponyms, including urbanonyms). • Dialectal name forms in urbanonyms, namely in the names of streets and other public spaces
  • Terminology – official/unofficial names, spoken names, popular names, dialectal and minority names
  • Competition of official and unofficial names in official and unofficial sources
  • Dialectal name forms of geographical names in everyday use
  • Dialectal name forms of geographical names in lexicographic practice
  • The use of dialectal name forms of geographical names on maps
