The regional stage of the contest "National onomastics as mirror of the country" was held at the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan. Three teams from eleven districts took part in the competition.
The main purpose of the latter is to increase the role of national onomastics, strengthen work in this area, as well as moral and financial encouragement of professionals.
The competition consists of 4 stages (among others: presentation, legislative questions, solving quiz questions, etc.), which will be evaluated by 3 groups of specialits in the field of onomastics.
