There is a fun infografic from Meduza: Сколько в России улиц Ленина? which lists most popular (and some not so popular) street names in Russia. There you can see that total lenght of Lenin streets in Russia is more than 8,000 km, and the most common street name is Sovietskaya with 6,836 occasions over Russia.

Unfortunatly, the list does not include a single street named after a woman (though it does have the 8th of March, the International Women’s Day).
In my completely unscientific guess, there are three main candidates for the woman to be most often mentioned in street names in Russia: Nadezhda Krupskaya (wife of Lenin), Valentina Tereshkova (the first woman in space), and Rosa Luxemburg (who have been considered a martyr to Marxist’s cause), probably, in that order.
