Onoma is now indexed in Scopus (from 2021 onward)

 We’re delighted to share major news for authors and readers of Onoma – Journal of the International Council of Onomastic Sciences: Scopus has confirmed the indexing of Onoma beginning with all
volumes published from 2021 onward. Articles from these volumes will start appearing in Scopus over the next 5–6 weeks.

This addition strengthens the journal’s visibility and discoverability for the global onomastics community and will help ensure that your work is captured in widely used research metrics and discovery tools. For an up-to-date overview of our indexing footprint, please see our Indexing page.

What this means for authors

• Your articles (2021→) will be indexed in Scopus as ingestion completes over the coming weeks.

• Future submissions, once accepted and published, will continue to benefit from Scopus coverage.
