I stumbled upon a new website, which seems to be serious (4 languages, 8 menu tabs (including NEWS!) with possibility to open a personal account). It is probably a new website dedicated to the Onomastics of Kazakhstan. It is still under construction but it promises to be rich and interesting. Its address is https://www.onomastics.kz/en
